Our Puppy Waitlist Process

Thank you for your interest in our puppies!

Below is a step-by-step guide to how our waitlist works:

Fill Out Our Puppy Application

Before being added to our waitlist, we ask all prospective families to complete a short Puppy Application. This helps us learn more about you, your home environment, and what kind of puppy might be the best fit for your lifestyle.

Secure Your Spot with a Deposit

Once your application is approved, you’ll be invited to place a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot on our master waitlist.

Once your application is approved, you'll be invited to place a two-part deposit to secure your spot on our Master Waitlist and hold a puppy from an upcoming litter.

Part 1: Master Waitlist Deposit  $200

This non-refundable deposit secures your place on our Master Waitlist. You’ll be contacted in order of your spot as litters become available.

Part 2: Litter Reservation Deposit  $300

When a litter is born and you're ready to commit to a puppy from that litter, the second portion of the deposit is due. This holds your individual puppy reservation for that specific litter.

  • Payment Methods Accepted: E-transfer

  • All deposits goes toward the final purchase price of your puppy.

*Note: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to future litters.

3. Get On Our Master Waitlist

After we receive your deposit, you’ll be officially added to our Master Waitlist. This list is organized by the date deposits are received.

Waitlist families will be contacted in order of their spot on the list.

Flexible Placement: If the timing isn’t right when a litter becomes available, you may pause your spot on the waitlist or transfer your deposit to a future litter, without losing your original place in line. Just keep in touch with us so we can plan accordingly!

4. Puppy Announcements

When a litter is confirmed:

  • We’ll email waitlist families with details and estimated go-home dates.

  • Once puppies are born, we’ll begin the selection process when they are around 7 weeks old.

  • Puppy selection is based on your preferences (gender, color, temperament) and your place on the waitlist.

We reserve the right to hold back any puppies for our breeding program.

How Puppy Selection Works:

Selections typically begin when the puppies are 7 weeks old, after their temperament test are completed and we’ve had time to observe their personalities and development. *Testing done before 7 weeks are not accurate and don't give reliable results.

We work closely with each family to help choose the best puppy based on:

  • Your preferences (colour, gender, personality)

  • The puppy’s temperament and energy level

  • Your family’s lifestyle and goals

We do not choose for you, but we offer guidance to make sure the puppy you choose is a great fit, for both of you.

5.Puppy Photo Album Access

We create a private online photo album for each litter, which is updated frequently when the puppies are young, and weekly as they grow. You’ll be able to watch your future pup develop and bond with them from the very beginning!

Many families tell us this is one of their favorite parts of the experience!

6. Go-Home Day

Puppies go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age (unless otherwise specified). We schedule go-home appointments in advance and provide everything you need to ensure a smooth transition.
