Choose a Litter & Submit Your Application

​

Browse our available puppies and upcoming litters and select the one you’re most interested in. Then, fill out our puppy application so we can get to know your family and lifestyle.

Your application will include:​​​​

• Gender and color preferences (choose your top 2 colours and gender)

• Coat type preference

• The litter you are interested in

 Filling out our puppy application lets us know your preferences for size, colour/pattern, gender, and coat type. 

After submitting your application, we’ll reach out via email to answer any questions and ensure you have all the information you need. If you prefer, we’re happy to schedule a phone call to chat directly. Please check your spam folder if you don’t hear from us right away.

Stay in the Loop

Subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates on:

• Upcoming litters

• Available puppies

This is the best way to stay informed if you’d like to be among the first to know when a litter arrives.

Step 3

​

Once a litter is born, families on our waitlist are contacted with details about the puppies, including available genders and colours. 

If you wish to join that litter’s reservation list, a $500 deposit is required to hold your spot.

When placing a deposit:

• We will confirm your preferred gender, colour preferences (first choice, second choice) from the colours available in the litter.

• Only the colours you list will be considered during the selection process.

This helps us manage deposits efficiently while keeping the selection process fair for all families.

Once added to a litter’s reservation list, you will receive:

• A link to the puppies’ online album, updated regularly with photos and videos so you can watch them grow.

• Access to our puppy portal on our website, where you can view information and updates.

 

Step 4

When puppies are around five - six weeks old, families are invited to meet the puppies in person. During this visit, you can select your top choices from the puppies that match your preferences.

Puppies that fall outside your listed preferences for gender and colour will not be available to view during the meet and greet.

These visits require a lot of work to prepare and are scheduled on a specific day to ensure everything runs smoothly for both the puppies and families. If you are unable to attend, we will provide detailed information and videos to help you make your selections.

 

Step 5

Between five and seven weeks, the puppies are carefully evaluated for temperament and energy levels to ensure the best match for each family.

Final matches are determined using:​

• The order deposit is received

• Each family’s top selections from the meet and greet

• Temperament evaluations

• Each family’s colour and coat type preferences

You will be notified at seven weeks which puppy you will be taking home.

If you feel the puppy that is chosen for you is not suitable or the right fit for your family, you can choose to have your deposit refunded, or move to another litter.

 Our goal is to ensure that every family is happy with their new puppy, so we carefully match each puppy to the family best suited for them.

Final payment is due at seven weeks.

Puppy pickup appointments are scheduled in 30 minute intervals. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth and relaxed experience for all families.
