Payments

$200 deposit – Secures your spot on the waitlist of your choice.

Second payment: $300 – Due when the puppies in your desired litter are born.

Final payment – Due at the time of puppy selection at 7 weeks.
All payments are applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.

Step 1
​
Please read over our Information, FAQ and Visitor Policy pages.
Take a look at our upcoming litters and choose the one that feels like the best fit for your family. Fill out our application and let us know which litter you’re interested in. Don’t forget to review the expected litter colours when making your choice.

Step 2
​
Once we receive your application, we will contact you via email to answer any questions you may have. If desired, we can also schedule a phone call at that time.
Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not hear back from us.

Step 3
​
If you are ready to proceed with the adoption, a $200 deposit is required to secure a spot on our waitlist. For puppies that have already been born, the deposit is $500. Deposits may be sent via e-transfer to doodlebear@live.ca.
All deposits are applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.

Step 4
​
Once the puppies are born, we will notify you of the total number of puppies in the litter, along with their genders and colours. At that time, the second portion of your deposit ($300) will be due. An e-transfer request will be sent.
You will also receive a link to the puppies’ online album, which is updated regularly with photos and videos so you can watch them grow.

Step 5
​
After the puppies have completed their temperament evaluations, families who have placed a deposit will be invited to visit and meet the puppies. During this visit, you will be shown puppies that match your approved colour and gender selections.
At this time, your puppy selection will be finalized, our puppy contract will signed, and you will receive your puppy package to take home with you.
Final payment is due at the time of puppy selection.

Go Home Day
​
Puppy pickup appointments are scheduled in 30 minute intervals. Please arrive on time to prevent overlapping appointments and ensure a smooth, relaxed experience for all families.
